Job Description
Role
Overview
The
Accounting Officer is responsible for supporting the company's
day-to-day accounting and financial operations by maintaining accurate
financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting
in financial reporting. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards,
tax regulations, and company policies while contributing to the efficiency and
accuracy of financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial
transactions (AP/AR, General Ledger).
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company
accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense
reports.
- Support tax filings and compliance
documentation.
- Assist with internal and external
audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Help improve accounting processes and systems.
Qualifications

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of accounting experience
(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting
principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and
ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management
skills.
