Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-oriented First Officer
to support the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe, efficient, and compliant
operation of company aircraft. The successful candidate will assist in all
aspects of flight operations, ensuring adherence to applicable aviation
regulations, company policies, and operational procedures while maintaining the
highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Key Responsibilities
·
Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient
conduct of flight operations.
·
Coordinate, review, and verify flight plans, flight packages,
weather information, and operational requirements prior to departure.
·
Perform all duties and responsibilities as Second-in-Command
(SIC) in accordance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and
operating procedures.
·
Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members,
aircraft, and all personnel involved in flight operations.
·
Report any operational, safety, security, or compliance concerns
promptly and through the appropriate channels.
·
Maintain the validity of all required licenses, medical
certificates, training records, passports, visas, and other operational
qualifications.
·
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight duties in accordance with the
Operations Manual (OM), Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), and applicable
regulations.
·
Assist in flight documentation, ground coordination, refueling
supervision, radio communications, and cockpit preparation.
·
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing
operational efficiency, safety performance, and cost effectiveness.
· Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by the Head of Flight Operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
·
Bachelor's degree or higher.
·
Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument
Rating and Multi-Engine Rating.
·
Frozen ATPL status
(required for CPL holders in accordance with CAAT regulations).
·
Current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
·
ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
·
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, flight operations, and
aeronautical decision-making.
·
Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational
requirements.
·
No criminal record.
·
No history of aviation incidents or accidents attributable to
pilot negligence.
