Job Description
We are seeking a high‑performing manager with a strong track
record of execution and leadership, ready to expand their impact beyond a
single function. This role offers direct exposure to executive management,
ownership of cross‑functional initiatives, and the opportunity to influence
organizational direction at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Executive Management team to
formulate, communicate, and implement company policies across the
organization
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives and new
projects aligned with profitable growth and long‑term sustainability
- Act as a key management resource in day‑to‑day
operational decision‑making, providing sound judgment and practical leadership
- Support and reinforce the safety, compliance, and
reliability of aviation and business operations
- Monitor departmental performance against annual
budgets and work with leaders to drive corrective actions and performance
recovery
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement,
capability development, and operational excellence
- Represent the company with government authorities,
regulators, and industry bodies as required
