Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the diverse business aviation operator and service company to support commercial growth and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the full business development cycle from market research through proposal submission and client engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies and identify new opportunities
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Qualify customer requirements and assess the company’s ability to deliver suitable services
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs
• Act as a key point of contact for customers and prospective clients to develop strong, long-term relationships
• Monitor, track, and report the status of business development activities, including pipeline development, deal progress, and overall commercial performance

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing
• Experience in aviation or air charter business is an advantage

Language Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
